Slovenia Bom Group Project

As many projects Agrikol has started this year, one of them is project for Bom Group in Slovenia.
Bom group is company that develops sustainable horticultural projects that are cost-effective and meet the current and future needs of the global population. Founded in 1966. Bom Group has built its reputation through over more than 50 years. Their main goals are innovation, experimentation and partnerships with other specialists. It is one of the largest and most innovative greenhouse building companies in the world. Bom Group works with reliable partners, who have made their name in greenhouse horticulture.
Project on witch Agrikol works on is in The Municipality Velika Polana, Slovenia, so we asked Martin van Zeijl, Senior Sales Manager Bom Group to tell us something more about the facility and its purpose?
Martin: The greenhouse is for a repeating Bom Group customer who we served 3 times before with their projects over the last 10 years. In this new greenhouse they will grow a lighted tomato crop, the heating installation is fitted out with boiler, CHP and heat buffer tank. The installation in the greenhouse is a standard tube rail and grow tube system, in ground transport lines are foreseen in size for a future expansion of the project.
Q: As we can see from information on your company’s web site, you are one modern and innovated company, can you tell us something more about your work?
Martin: Bom Group engineers creates greenhouse projects worldwide, we have in house greenhouse, screen and heating departments and for our completing turnkey project we work with preferred suppliers. We work direct and in some foreign regions with local agents who are selling our projects to the clients.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something
which I think I would never understand. It seem too complex and extremely broad for me.
